1. Service Overview

Mitra offers document printing services through online platforms and affiliated print shops. Users can upload documents, choose print preferences, and receive their prints at designated locations or counters.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.

• Upload only documents you have the legal right to use and print.

• Avoid uploading or printing any offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission.

• Pay all applicable service charges (if any) for printing as per the selected options.

We reserve the right to refuse service if any content is found to be inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of our guidelines.

3. File Handling & Deletion

• All uploaded files are automatically deleted after processing and printing.

• We do not retain any copies unless explicitly requested for reprint (for a limited time).

• Users are advised to keep their own copies of the original documents.

4. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

• Orders are processed based on the print preferences you select.

• We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect settings (e.g., color vs. B/W, number of copies, paper size).

• Once an order is printed, refunds or reprints are not possible unless the error was on our end.

5. WhatsApp Communication

• You may receive updates about your order via WhatsApp, but only if you initiate communication or opt-in.

• Reminders may be sent using WhatsApp-approved templates.

• You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP".

• Your number will never be used for spam or promotional messages unrelated to your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mitra is not liable for:

• Loss of files due to technical issues beyond our control

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

• Delays caused by third-party factors such as internet issues, print shop conditions, or hardware malfunctions

We strive to ensure a smooth experience, but certain disruptions may occur, especially during high-demand periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, software, and content related to Mitra are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse any part of our platform without written permission.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in INDIA
